New Dan Brown Novel Coming September 2017

Dan Brown fans are in for a treat. In addition to the movie adaptation of Inferno slated for October 28, Publishers Weekly announced that Brown will release a new novel September 26, 2017. The book, titled Origin, is the fifth addition in the series following Professor Robert Langdon, preceded by The Da Vinci CodeAngels & DemonsThe Lost Symbol, and Inferno.


Brown’s publisher released the following on the plot of Origin:

Origin thrusts Harvard symbologist Langdon into the dangerous intersection of humankind’s two most enduring questions, and the earth-shaking discovery that will answer them.”

And while the short synopsis that does not reveal much of what we can expect for Langdon’s next mystery, the publisher also added the new release will build on themes consistent with Brown’s earlier novels, including “codes, science, religion, history, art, and architecture.”
