Fans of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them have anxiously been awaiting news about the upcoming Fantastic Beasts 2 sequel, and today the franchise finally revealed the film’s title: Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. Set to premiere one year from today on November 16, 2018, the new Harry Potter spinoff features characters old and new battling dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (played by Johnny Depp) as he terrorizes early 20th-century Europe.

If you look closely at this photo from the the official Fantastic Beasts Twitter account, you can catch our first glimpse of Jude Law playing the young Albus Dumbledore.

Here it is zoomed in:

J.K. Rowling penned the script for the first film, which centers on Newt Scamander, a “magizoologist” who cares for magical creatures and unwittingly finds his fantastic beasts unleashed all over 1920s New York. At the end of the movie, Newt also encounters Grindelwald, setting the stage for the sequel. In the second film, we’ll see Grindelwald’s rise to power across several cities, including Paris and London.

The Fantastic Beasts franchise will include five films total. Although Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald doesn’t release until next year, there is a lot we already know about it, including plot details and new cast members. Eddie Redmayne will again play Newt in the sequel, partnering with Dumbledore to take down Grindelwald.

Other actors reprising their roles from the first movie include Katherine Waterston as Tina Goldstein and Alison Sudol as her sister Queenie, Dan Fogler as No-Maj Jacob Kowalski, Carmen Ejogo as Magical Congress of the United States President Seraphina Picquery, Ezra Miller as Credence Barebone, and Zoë Kravitz as Leta Lestrange. We’ll also see several new cast members, like Brontis Jodorowsky playing Nicolas Flamel, maker of the Sorcerer’s Stone, and Callum Turner in the role of Newt’s brother, Theseus Scamander. Derek Riddell and Poppy Corby-Tuech will play two relatives of Death Eaters who served Lord Voldemort.

The Crimes of Grindelwald will hit theaters on November 16, 2018.
